End of the 1st Session – The 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phuoc Binh Ward, Term 2025–2030

On the morning of October 26, the 1st working session of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phuoc Binh Ward took place at the Phuoc Binh Ward Conference Center, Dong Nai Province.

Attending the session were Mr. Ha Tan Tan – Member of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Binh Ward; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Truong Son – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Acting Secretary of the Ward Youth Union; members of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Ward Youth Union, and 150 official delegates of the Congress.

During the session, the Congress elected the Presidium, the Secretariat, and the Credentials Verification Committee with a unanimous approval rate of 100%.

Accordingly, the Presidium directing the Congress includes:

• Nguyen Quoc Truong Son – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Ward Youth Union;

• Nguyen Thi Le Hang – Deputy Secretary of the Ward Youth Union;

• Phan Cong Sang – Deputy Secretary of the Ward Youth Union, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ward Police;

• Nguyen Ngoc Thuong – Member of the Standing Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union of Phuoc Binh High School;

• Tran Quoc Thien – Member of the Standing Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ward Military Unit.

At the conference, the delegates listened to a summary report on the implementation of the Resolution of the Ward Youth Union Congress for the 2022–2025 term and the directions and tasks for the 2025–2030 term. The delegates also reviewed the self-assessment report of the provisional Executive Committee of the Ward Youth Union, and voted to approve the Program, Rules, and Working Regulations for the official session of the Congress.

The official session of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phuoc Binh Ward, Term 2025–2030, is scheduled to take place at 2:00 p.m. on the same day, October 26, 2025.
