Dialogue Conference between the Ward Party Standing Committee and School Leaders in Phuoc Binh Ward

On the morning of October 21, 2025, the Party Committee of Phường Phước Bình held a dialogue conference between the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the principals of schools located in the ward, with the purpose of listening to feedback, proposals, and exchanging solutions to improve the quality of education and training in the locality. The conference was co-chaired by Huỳnh Thị Thùy Trang (Provincial Party Member, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee) and Phạm Thị Anh Thư (Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee – Chairwoman of the Ward People’s Council). UBND phường Phước Bình
Also present were Mr./Ms. Bùi Thị Hằng (Member of the Ward Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Ward People’s Committee and Director of the Administrative Service Centre), Mr./Ms. Hà Tấn Tân (Member of the Ward Party Standing Committee, Chair of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee), Mr./Ms. Võ Đông Quang (Member of the Ward Party Standing Committee, Head of the Party-Building Committee), along with other members of the Standing Committees of the Ward People’s Council, People’s Committee, as well as the principals of all schools in the ward. In the 2025-2026 academic year, the schooling network in the ward remains stable and meets student demand. The ward has a total of 16 schools, with 257 classes and 8,714 students. UBND phường Phước Bình

In a frank and open spirit, school representatives presented their challenges and issues, such as: insufficient infrastructure and teaching equipment; shortage of staffing; difficulties in student recruitment; school traffic safety; and obstacles in implementing the emulation movements and building the “green-clean-beautiful school” model. At the conference, relevant specialised divisions of the Ward People’s Committee also addressed several of the concerns raised by the school principals. UBND phường Phước Bình

In her concluding remarks, Secretary Huỳnh Thị Thùy Trang acknowledged and praised the responsibility and dedication of the school management teams and teachers. She directed the relevant sectors to work closely and promptly to remove difficulties for schools. Furthermore, she recommended that school principal teams continue to promote leadership roles, renew the content of their activities, and build friendly, modern educational environments to contribute to raising the quality of teaching and learning in the ward. The conference took place in a democratic and open atmosphere and demonstrated the deep concern of the Party Committee for the cause of education, contributing to the comprehensive development of Phuoc Binh Ward. UBND phường Phước Bình
