
Amid the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026, celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 96th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), on the evening of February 11, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Binh Ward organized a Music Exchange and Street Food Festival themed “Celebrating the Party – Welcoming Spring Binh Ngo 2026”.
At the event, Ms. Bui Thi Hang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Ward People’s Committee, delivered New Year greetings and extended best wishes to all residents of Phuoc Binh Ward.
Attending the program were Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy Trang, Provincial Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Ward Party Committee; Ms. Pham Thi Anh Thu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Ward People’s Council; leaders of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; members of the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Ward Party Committee; representatives of agencies, units, religious establishments, schools, neighborhood management boards, along with a large number of cadres, union members and local residents.


The program featured various vibrant and attractive activities such as traditional drum performances and lion dance performances. The highlight of the event was the music exchange night with impressive performances praising the glorious Party, beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the country’s development, and the beauty of spring. The lively melodies and meaningful songs spread pride, confidence, and a strong spirit of emulation among cadres, Party members, and local residents.
In addition, the street food area was organized with 43 booths introducing traditional Tet dishes, local specialties, and familiar hometown flavors, creating a warm, festive, and culturally rich Spring atmosphere.

During the program, ward leaders and sponsors presented meaningful Tet gifts to workers facing difficult circumstances who were unable to return to their hometowns for the holiday. These gifts, sponsored by the ward authorities and Diamond Spa Phuoc Binh, were also given to workers at the General Service Center, helping encourage and support them to enjoy a warmer and more fulfilling Tet holiday. Although modest in material value, the gifts conveyed sincere care, responsibility, and appreciation for the workers’ silent contributions.
The event not only promoted pride in the Communist Party and the achievements of the homeland and country but also created a joyful and warm Spring atmosphere, enriching the spiritual life of local residents as they welcomed the new year.
