Survey of the Implementation of Tasks at Phuoc Binh Secondary School

On the morning of [date], the working delegation from the ward carried out a survey at Phuoc Binh Secondary School. The survey aimed to review how the school has been fulfilling its assigned tasks, including curriculum delivery, infrastructure readiness, administrative procedures, and other key responsibilities.

During the visit, the delegation met with the school’s leadership team to discuss the current status of various tasks: ensuring full implementation of the annual plan, maintaining the quality of teaching and learning, carrying out data-collection obligations (such as economic and population surveys), monitoring administrative work, and ensuring the school environment supports both educational and co-curricular activities.

Representatives of the school highlighted several strengths: stable student enrolment, active participation in educational campaigns, good coordination among departments, and a supportive learning environment. At the same time, they also reported some challenges and proposed recommendations, such as: upgrading classroom and facility infrastructure, enhancing digital teaching resources, improving school logistics including sanitation and lighting, and strengthening traffic safety around the school area.

In response, the delegation acknowledged these issues and provided immediate guidance: to prioritize the allocation of resources for facility upgrades; to promote the effective use of digital tools; to coordinate with relevant agencies to solve traffic and safety issues; and to strengthen monitoring and evaluation of school tasks to ensure targets are met.

The survey concluded with a commitment from both the school and the delegation to follow up on the identified issues, coordinate closely in addressing them, and report on progress in the upcoming period.
