Phuoc Binh: Visiting and giving gifts to young volunteers before they leave for military service.
 

On February 26th, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Phuoc Binh ward visited, commended, and presented gifts to outstanding young people who volunteered to enlist in the army, thereby encouraging local youth to uphold the heroic tradition and youthful energy, and enthusiastically embark on their duty. 

Comrade Huynh Thi Thuy Trang - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, and the delegation visited the family of Vu Xuan Khiem (Ward 1), a probationary Party member of the Ward Military Command.
The delegation from the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Binh Ward, led by Comrade Huynh Thi Thuy Trang - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, visited Vu Xuan Khiem (Ward 1), a probationary Party member of the Ward Military Command; and Dieu Minh Dat and Dieu Trung Kien (Long Giang Ward).

Comrade Huynh Thi Thuy Trang - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, and the delegation visited the family of young man Dieu Trung Kien (Long Giang neighborhood).
The delegation from the Ward Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, visited young men Nguyen Thanh Long (neighborhood 1); Vu Minh Tri (Phu Chau neighborhood); and Dieu Ly Cam (Binh Minh neighborhood). Also accompanying the delegation were representatives from the Military Service Council, various departments, organizations, and the Executive Board and Front Committee of the neighborhoods. 
Comrade Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc Binh Ward, along with the delegation, visited the family of young man Nguyen Thanh Long (Ward 1).
At the families visited, the leaders of Phuoc Binh Ward cordially inquired about the health and living conditions of the families and shared in the difficulties faced by families whose children have enlisted in the military. They affirmed that fulfilling military service is a sacred responsibility of young people towards the Fatherland and an honor for every citizen. They commended the young men for their strict adherence to recruitment regulations, their voluntary and conscientious compliance with the call-up order from the Ward Military Service Council, and expressed their hope that the families would continue to encourage their children to maintain good health, uphold the traditions of their homeland, and confidently embark on their duties.

The activity of visiting and giving gifts to new recruits with difficult circumstances before the enlistment day is a practical action, demonstrating the spirit of responsibility and the tradition of "supporting the army," contributing to encouraging and motivating the youth of Phuoc Binh ward to enthusiastically go to fulfill their sacred duty to the Fatherland.
