Implementation and Deployment of the “Friendly Government” Model in Phuoc Binh Ward

In order to build and effectively implement the “Friendly Government” model, which aims to enhance the responsibility of heads of agencies and units as well as officials, civil servants and public employees, and to strengthen the spirit and awareness of serving the people in the ward, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee of Phuoc Binh issued Official Dispatch No. 91-CV/ĐU dated 22 October 2025 concerning the deployment and implementation of the “Friendly Government” model in the ward.
